Kaiser House Lodging is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. Please understand that we are a small property and cancellations affect us greatly. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for 50% of your entire reservation unless we can rebook your room.
If a cancellation is made within three (3) days of your arrival, we must ask you to take responsibility for 100% of your entire reservation unless we can rebook your room.
Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole property bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Check-In: 3:00pm MST to 5:00pm MST. Prearrangement is required for early or later check-in.
Check-Out: Prior to 10:30am MST. There is a $25 fee for each additional hour past check-out.
Kaiser House Lodging is a smoke-free property; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available. We ask that guests be courteous of non-smoking guests when using the outdoor smoking areas. Violation of this policy will result in a charge to your credit card for cleaning and damages.
Damaged or missing items result in a charge to your credit card at replacement cost.
No Pets. Sorry, we do not permit pets inside the facility. Please make arrangements to board your pet(s) prior to arrival.
Please note that we are not currently an ADA capable facility. Please notify us in advance of any special needs to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is required upon check-in.
We accept cash (USD), money orders, cashier's checks, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. Personal checks accepted with prior approval.
